Baked Cajun Salmon with Creamy Avocado Lime Sauce

Baked Cajun Salmon is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that features perfectly seasoned salmon fillets paired with a creamy avocado lime sauce.

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and Cajun seasoning.
  4. Place salmon on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  5. In a bowl, mash the avocado and mix in lime juice, sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
