- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeño, diced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
