Baked Feta Pasta

  • 200 grams feta cheese
  • 3 strips turkey bacon
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Place the feta cheese in the center of the tomato mixture.
  4. Wrap the turkey bacon around the feta cheese.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the feta is soft.
  6. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  7. Once done, combine the pasta with the baked feta and tomatoes, mixing until everything is well coated.
  8. Serve warm.
