Baked Feta Pasta

  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 1 block (8 ounces) feta cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, add the cherry tomatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss to combine.
  3. Place the feta cheese block in the center of the dish.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the tomatoes are blistered and the feta is golden.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  6. Once baked, remove the dish from the oven and mash the feta and tomatoes together with a fork.
