  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Cooking spray for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sugar.
  3. Cut the bread into strips and dip each strip into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off.
