  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the zucchinis into fries.
  3. In one bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  5. Dip each zucchini fry in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
