- 24 Oreo cookies
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 12 Oreo cookies, crushed (for topping)
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of muffin tins to form crusts.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
