- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of cupcake liners in a muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla extract.
