Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil fettuccine according to package instructions.
  2. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until blackened and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken and add butter and garlic to the skillet.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, bringing to a simmer.
