1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup shredded cheese (such as mozzarella or cheddar)
2 flour tortillas
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese evenly over it.
Spread the blueberries over the cheese and drizzle with honey, if using.
Top with the remaining cheese and the second tortilla.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then carefully flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the skillet, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
Notes
For added flavor, consider sprinkling cinnamon or nutmeg over the blueberries before cooking.
