2 slices whole grain bread
1 ripe avocado
1 ripe tomato
1 egg
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
Toast the slices of whole grain bread until golden brown.
In a bowl, mash the avocado and season with salt and pepper.
Spread the mashed avocado on each slice of toasted bread.
Dice the tomato and sprinkle it over the avocado.
In a pan, heat the olive oil and fry the egg to your liking.
