  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 pints ice cream, any flavor
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.
  4. Incorporate flour and salt until just mixed.
  5. Pour batter into a greased 9×13 inch pan and bake for about 25 minutes.
  6. Allow brownies to cool completely before adding ice cream.
  7. Scoop ice cream on top of cooled brownies and spread evenly.
