- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 10 flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Spread a small amount of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, roll them up, and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Pour ranch dressing over the top of the enchiladas and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden. Garnish with green onions and serve.
