  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
