- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and softened butter. Beat until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and eggs, mixing until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
