- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, then add to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through.
- Reduce the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Toss in the cooked fettuccine and sliced chicken, coating everything with the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
