- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the beef tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
