  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
  3. Add marinara sauce, heavy cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet; stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in cooked tortellini and half of the mozzarella cheese; cook until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish, top with remaining mozzarella, and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
