- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onion until fully cooked.
- Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the meat mixture.
