Cheesy Mashed Potato Puffs

A deliciously cheesy twist on traditional mashed potatoes, these puffs are easy to make and perfect for everyone!

  • 3 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, flour, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the chopped green onions.
  4. Using a spoon, scoop out small amounts of the mixture and form into puffs. Place them on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
