  • 2 cups cooked fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 large bread bowls
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and stir until smooth.
  4. Fold in the cooked chicken and fettuccine, mixing well.
  5. Cut the tops off the bread bowls and hollow out the insides to create space for the filling.
  6. Fill each bread bowl with the chicken Alfredo mixture.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the bread is crispy.

Notes

  • For added flavor, sprinkle extra parmesan on top before baking.
  • Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or broccoli for extra nutrition.
