- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 4 large bread bowls
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
- Add the shredded chicken and stir until heated through.
- In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture inside and outside of the bread bowls.
- Bake the bread bowls in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and fill each bread bowl with the chicken Alfredo mixture.
