- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 4 flatbreads
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
