  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and diced chicken; cook until chicken is browned and cooked through.
