- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 3 cups fresh spinach
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, spinach, ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer three lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Spread half of the chicken and spinach mixture over the noodles.
- Sprinkle one-third of the mozzarella cheese over the chicken mixture.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with a final layer of lasagna noodles, marinara sauce, and the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
