  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions and add broccoli florets during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  2. Drain the pasta and broccoli, set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add chicken. Cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
