A delicious rendition of Chicken Florentine featuring turkey bacon for a savory twist.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the chicken breasts until browned on both sides.
  4. Add spinach, cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet with chicken.
  5. Simmer until the sauce thickens, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Transfer to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.
