Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown on both sides and fully cooked.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for a minute.
  4. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese, cooking until the sauce thickens.
  6. Return the chicken to the pan and coat with the sauce. Serve hot.
