  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 flatbreads
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat chicken breasts with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Grill chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  5. Let chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  6. Warm flatbreads on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Assemble by placing sliced chicken on flatbread, and topping with tzatziki sauce, cucumber, tomato, red onion, and lettuce.
  8. Roll or fold the flatbread and serve immediately.
