  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  2. Add onions, garlic, carrots, and celery to the pot and sauté until soft.
  3. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add chicken broth gradually while stirring to avoid lumps.
