  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté onions, carrots, celery, and garlic until softened.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Stir in the broth, potatoes, thyme, and rosemary; bring to a boil.
