- 1 pound chicken sausage
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup orzo
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken sausage and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Stir in broccoli and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add orzo and chicken broth to the skillet. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let simmer until orzo is cooked, about 10-12 minutes.
