- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- salt to taste
- Marinate the diced chicken in yogurt, garam masala, turmeric, and cumin for at least 1 hour.
- Heat olive oil in a pan, add chopped onion, and sauté until golden.
- Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
- Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
