- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, milk, egg, and melted butter.
- In another bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
