  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the shrimp with olive oil, cumin, paprika, cilantro, and lime juice. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded cabbage, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar to create the slaw.
  3. Cook the shrimp in a skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until pink and cooked through.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan.
  5. Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp and slaw in tortillas.
