Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla until combined.
  4. Gradually stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the filling.
  6. Fill muffin cups halfway with batter, sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture, then top with remaining batter.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool and drizzle with glaze made from powdered sugar and milk.
