  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
  3. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Mix in the buttermilk and vanilla extract.
  6. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and ground cinnamon.
  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and blend until smooth.
  8. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan.
  9. In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon.

  11. Top with the remaining batter.
  12. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
