  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups to form a crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  5. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the crust in each cup.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  8. Top with fresh strawberries before serving.

Notes

  • For a chocolate version, consider adding cocoa powder to the filling.
