Cottage Cheese Egg & Sriracha Protein Toast

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread until golden brown.
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, salt, pepper, and chives.
  3. In a skillet, cook eggs sunny-side up.
  4. Spread the cottage cheese mixture over the toasted bread.
  5. Top with the cooked eggs and drizzle with Sriracha.
