  • 2 cups penne pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook penne pasta according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add cubed chicken breast and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Stir in minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and mix well to coat. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, increase the Cajun seasoning.
