  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and combined. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with additional cheese if desired.
