- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
