  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the vegetable broth over low heat.
  2. In a separate large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add diced onion and garlic; sauté until the onion is translucent.
