Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the tortellini and cook according to package directions.
  5. Stir in the spinach and heavy cream; season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
