- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
