Instructions

  1. Slice the flank steak into thin strips.
  2. In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat and sear the steak until browned.
  3. Add sliced bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the Crock Pot.
  4. In a bowl, mix beef broth, soy sauce, and cornstarch; pour over steak and vegetables.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Serve over rice or noodles.
