  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the chicken broth, diced tomatoes, carrots, celery, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, shred the chicken and stir in the cream cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
