Crockpot Chicken Ramen

A delicious crockpot chicken ramen recipe that’s easy to make and perfect for cozy nights.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add chicken broth, water, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Remove chicken, shred it and return to the pot.
  5. Add mushrooms and ramen noodles, cooking for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  6. Stir in spinach just before serving.
  7. Garnish with green onions.

Notes

  • If you prefer a spicier ramen, add chili flakes to taste.
  • Customize with your favorite vegetables.
