- 2 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 3 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth, water, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred it and return to the pot.
- Add mushrooms and ramen noodles, cooking for an additional 10-15 minutes.
- Stir in spinach just before serving.
- Garnish with green onions.

- If you prefer a spicier ramen, add chili flakes to taste.
