- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- In the crockpot, add the chicken breasts, chicken broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and diced tomatoes.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
