Crockpot Split Pea and Ham Soup

  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the split peas and add them to the crockpot.
  2. Add the chicken broth, ham, onion, carrots, celery, garlic, thyme, pepper, and bay leaf.
  3. Stir to combine all ingredients.
