  • 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 jalapeños, diced (optional)
  • 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a Crockpot, combine chicken, turkey bacon, white beans, chicken broth, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, corn, onion, and jalapeños.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  3. Shred the chicken in the pot and stir in the cream or half-and-half.
